From small beginnings in 1999 and due to popular demand the Beechworth Preserves business has grown from a home kitchen to now where the products are made in a large commercial kitchen. What hasn’t changed is the pursuit of quality and the sourcing of the best possible ingredients particularly from the Beechworth area. For example lemons are sourced from a 100-year old orchard at Staghorn Flat called Tiandi Grove that has old-world varieties not normally seen in the modern orchards. These lemons are used to make distinctive products like the unique range of butters that Beechworth Preserves produce.
