Beechworth Funky Preserves

Beechworth Preserves has its roots in the Beechworth area of north eastern Victoria where there has been a long association between the area and the making of quality foods.

What hasn’t changed is the pursuit of quality and the sourcing of the best possible ingredients particularly from the Beechworth area.

For example lemons are sourced from a 100-year old orchard at Staghorn Flat called Tiandi Grove that has old-world varieties not normally seen in the modern orchards. Beechworth has a "Funky Range" that is extra special and extra tasty!

Delightfully flavoured with lemon this sweet butter has the double effect of lemon from a 100 year old Staghorn Flat orchard and native lemon myrtle leaves. Sensational as a cake filling or place in pastry shells.
