Q. What is your return policy? Print E-mail
We want you to be satisfied with everything you purchase from OzeVillage. If you are not satisfied with any product, please return it to us with postage paid, in original resaleable condition within 21 days of receipt and we will exchange the items or refund the purchase price. All exchanges are subject to approval by our Customer Service Department.

If OzeVillage actions or a stores/manufacturers fault caused the reason for return, then OzeVillage will pay for the return postage. Please enclose the original receipt. If the return is because of customer preference, you will be responsible for the return postage. In this instance, the amount refunded will not include the original postage and handling costs.

To exchange an item please follow the steps listed below:-

Contact our customer service department via email, at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it or fax or phone with the following information when requesting to return an item:-
  1. Order number
  2. Product name
  3. Reason for return
  4. Return for replacement, exchange or refund
We will contact you with a Return Authorisation Number (RAN#) and instructions on how and where to send the package. All returns must have a Return Authorisation number to be valid for a refund.
Please remember that all returned products must be in the original condition with all packing material, manuals and registration card(s).
Please note:- Allow 14 business days from the time the item is returned to process a refund. The refund will be in the same form as the initial payment.
If you would like to exchange a product, a gift voucher for the full amount (net of any postage costs) will be sent out to you once the merchandise has been safely returned.
