Q. How long should I allow for delivery? |

The time it takes for you to receive your order from the time you clicked "submit order " is based on three ( 3 ) distinct steps :
Step 1
Clearance of payment details and acceptance of order by customer if required
Step 2
Supply, pack and prepare merchandise for despatch, Charge credit card.
Step 3
Transport from Store to your nominated delivery point.
Step 1:
Once you have submitted the order, we need to check on the availability of stock together with payment authorisation. Most items within OzeVillage will be available for immediate despatch, however given the unique nature of the merchandise, sometimes your selected merchandise may need to literally " come out of the kiln ".
Merchants clearly nominate the expected lead time ( time required to prepare merchandise for despatch ) beside each product. We will confirm the order details via email, and seek your guidance if there are any expected delays.
Step 2:
Once we have confirmed the order, we need to carefully prepare the merchandise, pack it and prepare it for despatch. We also need to complete the credit card transaction. Once this is completed, we will notify you via email that your order has been despatched.
All merchants within OzeVillage & Gourmet Shopper will ensure this is completed within the stipulated lead times, as per your order confirmation. If there are any problems meeting these deadlines, we will contact you immediately.
Step 3:
This is the time that it takes Australia Post or other nominated couriers to deliver your order from each shop in OzeVillage to your nominated delivery point. This will be determined by the service nominated by you (standard or express), and will vary by location of the delivery address. However, as an indication only, Standard Post will see your parcel delivered to most destinations in Australia within 4 working days and Express Post within 2 working days, from time of collection.
If you are an International customer, please allow a minimum of three to five weeks for your order to be delivered. If you have not received your order after five weeks, you can call or e-mail us to check the status of your order.
